Return Policy:
  • We accept returns on items in NEW condition with original packaging , unopened, unused & without any type of alteration for a STORE CREDIT minus shipping cost and a $2.95 restocking fee.
  • All items being returned must be accompanied by original packaging.
  • You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your items for return.
  • Your store credit will be issued on a E-Gift card which you'll receive within 48-72 hours from the day your item is received at our corporate office.
  • Any item marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

What if my return is past the 14 days?

  • Returns postmarked an additional 14 days outside of the 14 day policy will automatically be processed for an online store credit with a $7.95 restocking fee. Any returns postmarked more than 28 days from the delivery date are ineligible for returns, store credit or exchanges and will be automatically be shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. 

 Does my store credit from my return expire?

  • Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date. 

 When will I get my Store Credit or Refund?

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 2-4 days for us to send you an electronic Gift Card with your store credit. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way. 

 How do I return my order from within the U.S.?

  • For all U.S. orders please mail the product back to our corporate office. We will not be providing you with a pre-paid label and it is your responsibility to ship the product back to us for processing. 

 How do I return outside of the U.S.?

  • You will be responsible for any return international shipping fees.
  • Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

 How to send back:

  1. Add all unwanted items to box.
  2. Stick the shipping label on box.
  3. Fill out return form *the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve.
  4. Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.

        US shipping addresses: FREE of charge
        All other countries: Market price for shipping

        Replacements After 30 days:
        US & All other countries: Market price for shipping and per unit
